Job summary

IPS-Integrated Project Services is seeking a Traveling Senior Project Engineer to support multiple Midwest projects from Zeeland, Michigan or Lexington, KY. The role involves technical and administrative support to Project Managers and Directors, with up to 25% travel to client sites and projects across the region.

You will coordinate plans, manage documents and submittals, and contribute to safety, quality, and cost reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–8 years in Engineering or project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate execution plans, scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage documents, submittals, RFIs, and stakeholder communication.
• Support procurement, contract administration, and change management.
• Participate in safety planning and quality assurance.
• Track costs, invoicing, and reporting.
• Maintain project documentation and turnover packages.
• Contribute to marketing materials and cross-department coordination.
