JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Senior Superintendent for a traveling role within the National Healthcare Division. The position requires full-time travel to project assignments across the country, with location and assignment changes based on business needs.

The role leads teams, plans construction sequencing, and ensures timely, profitable project completion in alignment with JE Dunn’s strategy and values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (Preferred).
• 10+ years construction experience.
• 8+ years field supervision experience.
• Experience leading Lean principles on projects (Preferred).

Responsabilités

• Leads all aspects of safety culture and mentors others.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversees staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs (Safety, Quality, EEO).
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates and manages project site care, custody and control.
• Leads daily standup and weekly trade meetings.
• Attends progress and OAC meetings and supports closeouts.
