Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Senior Superintendent for a nationwide, traveling role within our National Healthcare Division. You will plan, manage and execute complex projects, lead the team, and ensure timely, profitable completion while aligning with JE Dunn’s strategy and values.

The role requires managing safety, quality and cost control across projects, coordinating with owners, design teams and authorities, and maintaining project schedules and documentation.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years construction experience; Lean principles experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all safety culture initiatives and mentor staff.
• Manage subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversee staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs (Safety, Quality, EEO).
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinate and manage project site care and custody.
