Job summary

Diamond Peak Recruiting seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead our most complex electrical builds with contract values exceeding $50,000,000. This executive role requires strategic thinking to manage massive teams and multi-year project horizons.

Responsibilities include overseeing the largest local accounts, mentoring PMs, guiding pre-construction efforts and high-level estimating for major local bids, and serving as the on-site executive for mega-projects nationwide while managing owner

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of leadership experience in electrical construction.
• Proven track record delivering projects valued at $50,000,000 or more.
• Advanced knowledge of design-build processes and integrated project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for the largest accounts in the Place office.
• Mentor and develop Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers.
• Consult on pre-construction efforts and high-level estimating for major local bids.
• Serve as the primary on-site executive for mega-projects across the country.
• Directly manage relationships with high-profile owners and lead stakeholders.
• Implement comprehensive risk mitigation strategies for large-scale, high-stakes infrastructure or data center builds.
