This role is responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• Foster long-term relationships with local general contractors and developers.
• Manage labor resources and manpower leveling across the local portfolio.
• Lead specialized industrial or infrastructure projects in various regions.
• Manage site-specific housing, travel logistics, and per diem for the project team.
• Navigate complex regulatory and Occupational Safety and Health Administration requirements specific to high-scale job sites.
