Job summary

Diamond Peak Recruiting is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead our most complex electrical builds, including projects valued at $50,000,000 or more. This executive role demands strategic thinking, decisive leadership, and the ability to steer multi-year programs.

The role focuses on on-site execution for mega-projects nationwide, mentoring PMs, and shaping pre-construction estimates while safeguarding client and owner relationships.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of leadership experience in electrical construction.
• Proven track record of delivering projects valued at $50,000,000 or more.
• Advanced knowledge of design-build processes and integrated project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for the largest accounts and mega-projects.
• Mentor and develop Assistant PMs and PMs.
• Consult on pre-construction efforts and high-level estimating for major bids.
• Serve as on-site executive for mega-projects across the country and manage owner/stakeholder relationships.
• Implement risk mitigation strategies for large-scale infrastructure or data center builds.
