Securitas USA is seeking a Training Coordinator to plan, deliver, and track training for security personnel, focusing on Supervisors at construction sites and driving engagement with Officers. Requires 2+ years of supervisory experience and a background in training and safety.

Will travel between sites and office as needed, with on-site and flexible hours. Responsibilities include new employee orientation, licensing training, health and safety instruction, and compiling compliance documentation

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in security training or similar.
• Knowledge of training techniques for different learning styles.
• Ability to use audio-visual equipment and PCs.
• Oral and written communication skills; presentation and group facilitation.
• Planning, organizing, record maintenance, and project coordination.

Responsabilités

• Trains employees and job candidates; conducts new employee orientation and licensing training.
• Delivers health and safety training and on-the-job training.
• Documents training for licensing and client contracts.
• Confers with managers to determine training needs and approaches.
• Develops training schedules with management and avoids conflicts with client schedules.
• Uses various instructional methods (lectures, role play, e-learning).
• Maintains training materials and records; prepares performance reports.
