Job summary

Amteck is seeking Traveling Safety Coordinators to oversee safety on electrical job sites. You will conduct safety audits, enforce procedures, and respond to incidents to minimize risk. Extensive OSHA knowledge and prior experience with electrical trades are required.

Travel to multiple sites is expected, with a focus on keeping teams compliant and productive. Eligible candidates will hold OSHA 10 or 30 hour certification, with OSHA 500 preferred.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations in regards to construction.
• Prior experience overseeing safety for electrical tradesmen.
• Ability to lead, influence, and motivate staff in safety procedures.
• Current OSHA 10 and/or 30 Hour Certification required; OSHA 500 strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the safety of all electrical trades on each job site.
• Perform safety audits and take appropriate action for accidents/incidents.
• Enforce safety procedures and regulatory compliance on site.
• Collaborate with site teams to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
