Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints, specs, and project documents.
• Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with basic computer tools for reporting and documentation.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.

• Attend and contribute to pre-construction meetings to align on project plans and expectations
• Monitor project timelines and budgets to maintain profitability and meet deadlines
