The ideal candidate has strong commercial roofing experience, travels regularly, and can supervise crew while communicating professionally with customers and property managers.

Qualifications

• Commercial roofing experience with TPO/EPDM/PVC.
• Experience as Foreman/Lead/Supervisor with a commercial roofing contractor.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnosis skills.
• Willingness to travel and lead a small team.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform commercial roofing repairs on job sites.
• Supervise and support a two-person repair team.
• Diagnose roofing issues and determine repair solutions during warranty service calls.
• Inspect completed work to ensure standards are met.
• Ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule.
• Conduct final walkthroughs with property managers and customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Follow safety procedures and repair protocols.
• Complete daily reports and paperwork.
• Communicate professionally with customers and management.
