Job summary

Surface Preparation Technologies, LLC is seeking a LoadMore Sweeper operator to support public safety and environmental quality by driving and operating a proprietary sweeper across project sites in the United States. This role requires long periods away from home, with company-paid lodging and daily per diem provided.

You will review daily schedules, ensure equipment readiness, perform safety inspections, and document work and incidents using our reporting system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• CDL-B and DOT medical card required.
• At least 1 year of DOT driving experience.
• Ability to operate and maintain a sweeper safely.
• Clean driving record or MVR.

Responsibilities

• Review daily schedule with the Project Foreman to confirm assignments and locations.
• Safely operate, inspect, and perform routine maintenance on the sweeper.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues.
• Record daily time, engine hours, mileage, inspections, incidents, and maintenance.
• Represent the company professionally and communicate effectively with teammates and the public.
• Demonstrate reliability by maintaining attendance and punctuality and adapting to project needs.
