Job summary

Surface Preparation Technologies, LLC is seeking a LoadMore Sweeper operator to support nationwide road cleaning projects. This role involves extensive travel with company-paid lodging and a daily per diem, and requires valid CDL B and DOT medical card.

You will review schedules, operate and maintain the sweeper, perform safety inspections, and document hours, mileage, and issues in the reporting system. A high school diploma or GED is required, with strong reliability and communication

Qualifications

• Must follow Safety procedures and inspections, operate equipment responsibly, and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Strong ability to plan routes, complete work efficiently, and maintain consistent attendance.
• Excellent communication; document incidents, times, and maintenance in company system.

Responsibilities

• Review Daily Schedule with Project Foreman to confirm locations and expectations.
• Operate, inspect, and maintain the sweeper to stay job-ready daily.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues or safety concerns.
