Job summary

Benchmark Human Services-GA in Georgia is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to coordinate staff training and ensure quality care delivery. This role requires the RN to travel to various sites across the state, facilitating training for healthcare needs of individuals served.

Preferred qualifications include a valid nursing license in Georgia and experience in crisis intervention and training. The RN will work closely with various departments to enhance the skills and effectiveness of staff. Comprehensive benefits are also offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid nursing license in Georgia.
• Experience as a CPI instructor preferred but not required.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate staff training and education.
• Facilitate scheduling of new employee orientation.
• Collaborate with operations and health services for training needs.
• Conduct CPR and crisis prevention trainings.

Skills

Crisis Prevention Instructor Certification

Training in Crisis Intervention Curriculum

Two years training in Healthcare Materials

Valid State Driver’s License

Computer Literacy

Education

Valid unrestricted Nursing License to practice in Georgia

Two years of experience as a CPI Instructor
