Parallel Management Group is seeking a compassionate Traveling RN/LPN to provide clinical support across multiple senior living communities in Michigan. The role involves travel up to 75% to support residents, caregivers, and leadership teams.

Responsibilities include medication administration, audits, training program support, and collaboration with physicians and community teams to maintain high-quality care. A valid Michigan RN/LPN license and CPR certification are required.

Formación

• Current RN or LPN license in Michigan.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with current auto insurance.
• Basic computer skills; experience with electronic medical records/charting preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical assessment skills.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with community teams.
• Compassionate, professional approach to working with seniors.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
• Conduct medication audits and ensure practices meet standards.
• Provide ongoing clinical support and phone consultation to supervisors, staff, and caregivers.
• Implement and support nursing and caregiver training programs.
• Regular rounds to observe residents and ensure nursing and restorative needs are met.
• Complete resident admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
• Provide hands-on nursing support on the floor when needed.
• Consult with physicians regarding care, treatment, and changes in condition.
• Collaborate with leadership and care teams to promote quality resident care.
• Travel to multiple Parallel communities across Michigan to provide clinical support.
