Job summary

Baruch Senior Ministries is seeking a detail-oriented, organized LPN to join as Corporate Compliance Nurse, traveling statewide to support regulatory compliance, quality assurance, staff education, and survey readiness.

The position reports to the Vice President of Training and Compliance and requires a current Michigan LPN license and the ability to travel to affiliated communities across the state. The role is full-time and based on-site in various Michigan communities.

Qualifications

• Current, active Michigan LPN license in good standing; RN licensure is not required.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or senior living.
• Knowledge of clinical documentation, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance.
• Survey, auditing, or staff training experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct facility visits, clinical audits, and documentation reviews.
• Assist communities with regulatory compliance and survey preparation.
• Identify deficiencies and help develop and monitor corrective action plans.
• Provide staff education and guidance on policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor quality improvement initiatives and follow up on audit findings.
• Prepare reports and communicate findings to the VP of Training and Compliance.
• Travel extensively throughout Michigan to support our communities.
