Qualifications

• Experience as a Superintendent in construction.
• Ability to write and present detailed reports.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Support Walmart projects during construction.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors on-site.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Skills

Extensive technical and practical knowledge as a Superintendent

Ability to Read Blueprints

Manage, schedule, and coordinate subcontractors

Knowledge of construction practices and management

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Excellent computer skills including Google Drive and Microsoft Office
