Candidates should have a high school diploma and effective communication skills, along with the ability to operate necessary equipment. Experience in merchandising and construction is a plus. This is a physically demanding role requiring travel and flexible working hours.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to effectively communicate with all team members.
• Ability to gain working knowledge of various apps for expense reporting and time sheets.
• Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job.
• Ability to complete assignments in the time allotted.
• One or more years of experience in merchandising is a plus.
• Experience in construction or fixture set up is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Store Opening Coordinator with all aspects of store openings.
• Provide oversight of freight flow and merchandising areas.
• Coach/train associates to meet daily/weekly timelines.
• Ensure safety regulations are met.
• Control expenses to meet budgeting goals.
• Communicate regularly with your supervisor.
• Attend scheduled video Teams meetings and comply with communication standards.
