Job summary

Driveline in Grand Rapids, MI seeks a Retail Project Supervisor to lead traveling teams on large-scale resets and store set projects. You will develop programs to improve efficiency and visibility, and mentor staff across locations.

Ideal candidates will be comfortable with heavy travel, lifting up to 60 pounds, and long hours. Previous reset or managerial experience is a plus and availability to travel is essential.

Qualifications

• Must travel roughly 85% of the time and have access to reliable transportation.
• Lift up to 60 pounds and stand for up to 12 hours.
• Previous reset and/or managerial experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale resets and new store sets while leading traveling teams.
• Develop and implement programs to improve efficiency and visibility.
• Train and mentor a team and coordinate travel.
