Job summary

Driveline Retail Merchandising is seeking a Retail Project Supervisor to lead large-scale resets, new store sets, and related initiatives across the United States. You will manage traveling teams and have the opportunity to develop programs that improve efficiency and visibility.

You will train and mentor team members while embracing extensive travel. This role requires strong people skills and a willingness to be on the road frequently.

Qualifications

• You must be able to travel ~85% of the time, lift up to 60 pounds, stand for up to 12 hours, and have reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous reset and/or managerial experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale resets, new store sets, and related tasks.
• Lead a group of traveling team members across projects.
• Develop and implement programs to improve efficiency and visibility; train and mentor the team; travel.
