Nouria is seeking a skilled painting professional to support our network of locations. The role focuses on high-quality surface preparation, precise finishes, and reliable scheduling across sites in the New England and Southeast footprint.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of painting experience, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while traveling as needed to maintain our facilities. Competitive hourly pay and company-provided tools are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of painting experience in residential, commercial, or retail settings.
• Sharp eye for detail and steady hand required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by washing, scraping, sanding, and priming as necessary.
• Repair drywall as needed.
• Apply paint, stain, and coatings using rollers, brushes, and spray equipment.
• Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards while on-site.
• Travel to multiple store locations across our network based on maintenance schedule.
• Communicate with store managers and facility coordinators to minimize disruption to operations.
• Complete all assigned work orders timely and accurately.
