Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising leader to support grocery retailers. You will complete category resets, build displays and end caps, rotate stock, and ensure planogram compliance across assigned stores.

You will travel frequently with overnight hotel stays. No prior merchandising experience is required as we provide training and team support to help you succeed, with opportunities for growth and flexible hours where possible.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Ability to travel with overnight hotel stays
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Safety-first mindset in a retail environment

Responsibilities

• Perform category resets and build displays and end caps
• Rotate and date-check products and ensure tags are correct
• Ensure shelves meet store and planogram standards
• Identify out-of-stock conditions and organize backstock
• Train new teammates and assist in scheduling and reporting
