Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising leader to support grocery retailers. You will perform category resets, build displays and end caps, rotate stock, place tags, and ensure shelves meet planogram standards while traveling as needed.

We provide training, growth opportunities, and benefits to fit your needs. You’ll train new teammates, assist with scheduling, and oversee daily store operations with some overnight travel.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older and able to perform physical work including lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to travel within and outside of your home state with overnight stays.
• No prior merchandising experience required; training provided.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.

Responsibilities

• Complete category resets and build displays and end caps.
• Rotate and date-check products and correct tags.
• Ensure shelves meet store and planogram standards.
• Track progress and report using company technology or personal device.
• Assist in training new teammates and support scheduling.
• Provide general in-store operational oversight.
