Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising leader to support grocery retailers. The role involves category resets, displays, tagging, and ensuring planograms are followed. Travel with overnight stays is a regular part of the job.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• 1-2 years of merchandising experience and ability to lead and train others.
• Willing to travel within and outside state with overnight stays.
• Comfort using a smartphone or tablet to record work.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Safety-first mentality in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform category resets, build displays and end caps.
• Rotate and date-check products; correct tags and ensure planograms.
• Identify out-of-stock conditions; organize backstock and discontinued items.
• Collaborate with store leadership on project initiatives.
• Track progress, capture photos, report issues using company tech or personal device.
• Assist in training new teammates and support scheduling and operations.
