SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising leader to support grocery retailers. The role involves category resets, displays, tagging, stock checks, and reporting using company tech, with frequent travel and overnight hotel stays.

Training and team support are provided; no prior merchandising experience is required. Travel within and outside the home state is expected, with benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Experience leading and training people
• Able to travel within and outside of your home state with overnight stays
• Own smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift

Responsibilities

• Complete category resets and build displays and end caps
• Rotate and date-check products and correct tags
• Ensure shelves meet store and planogram standards
• Identify out-of-stock conditions and manage backstock/discontinued items
• Report progress with company technology and take photos
• Train new teammates and assist with scheduling
• Provide in-store operational oversight and coordinate with store leadership

In this role, you will serve as an in-store merchandising leader supporting grocery retailers. Responsibilities include completing category resets, building displays and end caps, rotating and date-checking product, placing and correcting tags, and ensuring shelves meet store and planogram standards. You will identify out-of-stock conditions, organize backstock and discontinued items, and work directly with store leadership during project initiatives. The position also requires using company technology—or your own device—to track progress, capture photos, communicate issues, and complete required reporting. You will also assist in training new teammates, support basic scheduling needs, and provide general in-store operational oversight. This role involves frequent travel with regular overnight hotel stays.

• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
