Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to support retail clients by ensuring products are well‑stocked, displayed, and available for purchase. You will travel to multiple store locations and work with store teams to complete tasks during peak periods and special projects.

Responsibilities include stocking and displaying merchandise, communicating with store personnel, and reporting results via the mobile app.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or merchandising is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
• Reliable access to a personal smartphone for work-related tasks (data plan required).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel to multiple store locations within a designated region.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Conversational proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned retail stores according to guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel and supervisors to ensure displays are in prime condition.
• Complete store visits and projects on time using the mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional and seasonal displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Anderson Merchandisers professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any product or display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations within a region as assigned.
