Job summary

WIS International is seeking a Retail Inventory Supervisor for convenience stores with travel requirements. The role offers a consistent part-time schedule, paid training, and weekly pay. Employer travel is provided up to four nights per week with per diem, including some overnights.

This position emphasizes coaching, accuracy, and leadership to ensure inventory excellence across locations. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are often required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license may be required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed for stores.
• Experience in inventory, retail or warehouse is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Resolve inventory concerns with District/Area Managers to drive excellence.
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Travel to retail convenience store locations.
