Job summary

WIS International in Eau Claire, WI is seeking a Retail Inventory Supervisor for Convenience Store (Travel). This part-time role offers a consistent schedule with weekly pay, paid training, and travel up to 4 nights per week with per diem.

You will coach and develop Inventory Associates, follow a clear workflow, and partner with district and area managers to drive operational excellence while maintaining accuracy. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of experience as Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Must be at least 21 years old; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Serve as primary contact for resolving inventory concerns with District/Area Managers to drive operational excellence.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Travel to retail convenience store locations.
• Lead by example and uphold company values.
