Job summary

Provident Behavioral Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver patient-centered care across diverse communities in North Dakota. You will apply the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to inform individualized care plans with the care team.

You will manage care across preventive, diagnostic, treatment, and follow-up phases, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary colleagues, and uphold Nurse Practice Act standards and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and make a difference in patient care across diverse communities.

Responsibilities Include

• Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide personalized care.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to develop and evaluate care plans.
• Delivering care across all phases—preventive, health maintenance, diagnostic, treatment, and follow-up.
• Managing patient assessment, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
• Practicing within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act and adhering to professional standards and ethics.

Qualifications And Skills

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure in NLC states.
• At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.
• Ability to live at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.
• Maintains required competencies and certifications.
