Health Here is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized patient care across various settings in North Dakota. The role emphasizes the nursing process, collaboration with physicians, and comprehensive care through all care phases.

The position requires an active RN license in the practicing state (or multistate) and at least one year of nursing experience with six months in travel nursing.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if applicable.
• At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.
• Must reside at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.
• Required department-specific competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver comprehensive care.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Providing care during all phases of preventive, diagnostic, treatment, and follow-up services.
• Planning and coordinating patient care, conducting assessments, offering education, triaging, and performing nursing interventions.
• Practicing within the scope of nursing standards, adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and ethical guidelines.
