Job summary

Qualifications & Skills:

• Unrestricted RN licensure in the practice state

• Ability to work with diverse care teams in various settings, including patients’ homes
• Computer proficiency and valid driver’s license with the ability to travel up to 75%
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds and navigate home environments
