Mental Health Association of Rochester is seeking a registered nurse (RN) for a role that supports diverse communities in Tioga, North Dakota. The position emphasizes comprehensive patient care, assessments, education, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

You will perform triage, nursing interventions, and care coordination across all care phases, with a focus on regulatory compliance and evidence-based practice.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multi-state licensure if applicable.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience and at least six months of travel nursing experience.
• Ability to work independently and practice within regulatory standards.

Role & Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide individualized care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to plan, implement, and assess patient care.

• Ensure care delivery adheres to nursing standards, scope of practice, and ethical guidelines.
• Coordinate care plans and support patients through health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if applicable.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience and at least six months of travel nursing experience.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate competency, and practice within regulatory standards.

• Experience living at least 60 miles from the assigned facility preferred.
