Proforma Health Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support underserved communities in North Dakota. You will perform the nursing process, assess patients, educate, and coordinate with physicians to plan and evaluate care.

The role requires at least one year of nursing experience, a valid RN license, and residency within 60 miles of the facility. You will work 12-hour night shifts on a 36-hour week with competitive benefits and potential contract extensions.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in the practice state or compact licensure.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience; travel nursing experience preferred.
• Residency at least 60 miles from the facility.

Responsabilités

• Deliver individualized care using the nursing process.

Qualifications Include

• Current, unencumbered RN license in the practice state or multistate licensure if applicable.
• At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.
• Residency at least 60 miles from the facility location.
