Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive patient care across various settings, utilizing the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Responsibilities Include

• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and evaluate care plans.
• Delivering patient education, conducting assessments, and performing nursing interventions.
• Triaging patient needs and ensuring continuity of care through all phases of health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Practicing within the scope of nursing standards and adhering to ethical guidelines and state regulations.
