Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care across diverse healthcare settings. The role emphasizes using the nursing process to deliver personalized care and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate treatment.

The position requires a valid RN license, at least one year of nursing experience including six months of travel nursing, and the ability to live within 60 miles of the work location.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if applicable.
• At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.
• Ability to live at least 60 miles from the work location.
• Competency in maintaining required certifications and departmental skills.
