Job summary

Mosaic Dental Collective is seeking a warm, detail-oriented Traveling Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to support our offices in the Greater Seattle Area. This full-time role offers clinical autonomy and the chance to build patient and staff relationships across multiple locations.

You will perform cleanings, educate patients, take x-rays, and ensure infection control while enjoying a collaborative, technology-driven environment with continuing education support and bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program.
• Valid and current RDH license for Washington State.
• Experience with dental software and electronic health records.
• Compassionate patient-centric approach.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform teeth cleanings and other preventive dental procedures.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and care practices.
• Take and develop dental x-rays as necessary.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' oral health.
• Document patient care and treatment plans accurately.
• Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures.
• Manage infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment.
