Job summary

Bellevue Dental Care in Bellevue, WA is seeking a warm, patient-centered Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) for a part-time role. You’ll provide preventive care, build strong patient relationships, and work with a supportive team in a modern practice backed by Mosaic Dental Collective.

You’ll perform cleanings, take x-rays, educate patients, and help maintain infection control. The pay range is $70-$75+ per hour depending on experience, with retention and hiring bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program.
• Valid licenses and registrations for WA state and federal law.
• Experience with dental software and EHRs.
• Compassionate patient-centric approach.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform teeth cleanings and other preventive dental procedures.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and care practices.
• Take and develop dental x-rays as necessary.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' oral health.

• Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures.
