Job summary

Mosaic Dental Collective is seeking a Traveling Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to support multiple offices across the Greater Seattle Area. Enjoy clinical autonomy, CE access, and a collaborative team focused on high-quality preventative care.

Locations include Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, Issaquah, Bothell, and Mill Creek. Pay ranges from $75-$80+ per hour, with retention bonuses based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program.
• Current Washington State dental hygiene license and registrations.
• Experience with dental software and electronic health records.
• Compassionate, patient-centric approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform teeth cleanings and other preventive dental procedures.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and care practices.
• Take and develop dental x-rays as necessary.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' oral health.
• Document patient care and treatment plans accurately.
• Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures.
• Manage infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment.
