Job summary

Green Alpha Property Management is seeking a Traveling Property Manager based in the Atlanta, GA area to oversee a rapidly growing Southeast portfolio. Travel up to 80% with potential overnight stays up to two months.

The role includes property oversight, leasing support, and coordination with corporate teams. Requirements include 2+ years in multi-family residential property management, LIHTC experience, and proficiency with AppFolio, QuickBooks, Word, Excel, and timekeeping apps.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-family residential property management experience.
• LIHTC experience is required.
• Strong honesty, integrity, and work ethic.
• Experience with AppFolio, QuickBooks, Word, Excel, timekeeping applications, etc.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Supports, as needed, on any property that may need assistance from corporate.
• Provide remote oversight to properties, regardless of geographical location
• Supports Regional Property Managers in each state as needed
• Monitors past dues, maintenance requests, and vacancies
• Support in leasing activities across the portfolio
