The role requires traveling between locations, maintaining curb appeal, and staying proactive with payments and collections. A valid driver’s license and own vehicle are required, with mileage reimbursement available.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or service-based companies.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability for rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
• Transport items as needed and travel between locations using own vehicle (mileage reimbursement).
• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks to keep facilities presentable.
