Job summary

Seek Now is seeking 1099 independent Field Inspectors to perform accurate, impartial property inspections for insurance, facility management and real estate clients. You’ll capture roof and room measurements, document age and condition, and report data via our mobile app.

You must travel for assignments, climb roofs, carry ladders, and work flexible schedules. A laptop and smartphone are required; lodging is provided for CAT deployments, with a reliable vehicle and professional appearance

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management with focus on professionalism and customer service.
• Excellent communication and reliability for field inspections.
• Adaptability to travel, varied schedules, and CAT deployments.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and collect data for clients in insurance, facility management and real estate sectors.
• Document inspections using a smartphone app and proprietary software.
• Travel to inspection sites, including CAT deployments, within required radius.
• Lodging provided on CAT assignments and coordinate with teams for data delivery.
