Job summary

Elite Executive Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Traveling Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead data center construction from Fort Stockton, Texas. This on-site role requires strong financial discipline, field coordination and the ability to deliver complex projects through turnover.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of PM experience in commercial construction and data centers, with a track record of managing $100M+ projects and coordinating multi-discipline teams on site.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in commercial construction project management and 7+ years leading data center builds for the Senior PM level.
• Experience directing complex projects of $100M+ and coordinating building systems design.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related discipline.
• Strong financial forecasting, procurement and contract and team leadership skills.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6 and Procore and/or CMiC.
• Ability to work on site in Fort Stockton; PM-level flexibility will be discussed during screening.

Responsibilities

• Direct $100M+ data center delivery, including preconstruction input, project execution and closeout.
• Manage budgets, monthly forecasting, cost-to-complete reviews, billings and change management.
• Coordinate superintendents, project staff, design teams, subcontractors and owner representatives.
• Maintain project schedules, procurement priorities and recovery plans for critical milestones.
• Oversee contracts, RFIs, submittals, scope gaps and long-lead equipment tracking.
• Support safe execution, quality planning and coordination of civil, structural, architectural and MEP scopes.
• Lead client meetings, communicate project risks and mentor project team members.

Traveling Project Manager or Senior Project Manager

Data Center Construction – Fort Stockton, TX

Elite Executive Solutions is partnering with a general contractor to identify an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead data center construction in Fort Stockton, Texas. This is a traveling, site-based opportunity, with preference for a Senior Project Manager.

This opportunity is ideal for a construction leader who combines financial discipline, strong field coordination and experience delivering complex projects through turnover.
