Elite Executive Solutions LLC is seeking a Traveling Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead data center construction in Fort Stockton, TX. This site-based opportunity values a Senior PM with strong financial and field leadership capabilities.

You will oversee complex, multi-discipline delivery, coordinate with design teams and subcontractors, and manage risks and budgets on high-stakes data center projects.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in commercial construction PM and 7+ years leading data center builds.
• Experience directing $100M+ projects and coordinating building systems design.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related discipline.
• Proficient with MS Project, Primavera P6 and Procore and/or CMiC.
• On-site Fort Stockton availability; PM-level flexibility discussed during screening.

Data Center Construction – Fort Stockton, TX

Elite Executive Solutions is partnering with a general contractor to identify an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead data center construction in Fort Stockton, Texas. This is a traveling, site-based opportunity, with preference for a Senior Project Manager.

This opportunity is ideal for a construction leader who combines financial discipline, strong field coordination and experience delivering complex projects through turnover.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct $100M+ data center delivery, including preconstruction input, project execution and closeout.
• Manage budgets, monthly forecasting, cost-to-complete reviews, billings and change management.
• Coordinate superintendents, project staff, design teams, subcontractors and owner representatives.
• Maintain project schedules, procurement priorities and recovery plans for critical milestones.
