First Onsite is seeking a Project Manager in Mississippi to lead projects through all stages, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will oversee schedules, budgets, and documentation while coordinating with leadership, clients, and subcontractors to keep projects moving forward smoothly.

The role requires hands-on leadership, effective communication, and a commitment to operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. On-site work and occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on project management experience in construction or related fields.
• Experience reviewing subcontractor proposals and change orders.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and documentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from start to finish with oversight and quality control.
• Develop and maintain schedules, timelines, and budgets.
• Review subcontractor proposals, scopes, and change orders.
• Maintain project documentation: logs, reports, inventories, records.
• Coordinate with leadership on scope, buy-outs, and reserves.
• Perform billing reviews and invoicing.
• Monitor risks and address schedule or budget issues.
• Respond to on-call needs, including 24/7 availability.
• Fill in with hands-on tasks as needed.
