Job summary

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED is required.
Degree in Construction Management and/or engineering preferred.
15 years’ experience in heavy industrial projects.
Experience with projects $50M or above.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, team orientated.

Responsibilities

Manage job cost reporting, track quantities and forecast costs.
Coordinate with estimating and project teams from bid to completion.
Prepare payment applications, schedule updates and client reports.
Manage technical information flow with customers, submittals and RFIs.
Negotiate subcontractor contracts, change orders and back charges.
Coordinate field engineering, planning, scheduling, procurement, and supervision.
Review plans and revisions, ensure compliance with specs and safety standards.
Support site supervision with technical guidance and problem solving.
