B&B Concrete is seeking a driven project professional to lead complex heavy civil initiatives in the Omaha area. You will manage cost, schedule, and overall project performance while partnering with superintendents to keep work moving safely and efficiently.

You will track costs, forecast performance, and manage owner billings to ensure on-time delivery. The role emphasizes integrity, resilience, and a builder-minded approach, with clear communication to owners, engineers, and project teams.

Competenze

• Experience in heavy civil, DOT, roadway, bridge or infrastructure projects is required.
• Demonstrated integrity, ownership and accountability in project delivery.
• Strong teamwork and clear communication with field teams and partners.
