DIRECT HIRE | FIELD PROJECT MANAGER, TRAVELING | Remote

A leading material handling solutions provider seeks aConstruction Project Managerto oversee field installations of industrial systems across the U.S. (upcoming projects are all east of the Mississippi) This remote role, with 80% travel, offers $110K–$120K and autonomy to manage crews, schedules, and clients on-site in areas like Tennessee, Kentucky, and the Northeast.

Anticipated Pay/Benefits:

• Salary: $110K–$120K
• Bonus: 5–10% target
• Benefits: Insurance, 401K, PTO/vacation
• Travel: 80%
• Company vehicle (travel may be a mix of car/air travel)

Responsibilities:

• Manage field construction of industrial systems and infrastructure ($250K–$2M+ projects).
• Oversee crews, subcontractors, and vendors for on-site execution.
• Coordinate schedules, site requirements, and logistics.
• Serve as primary client POC during installation phases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve field issues with autonomy.

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of field-based project management in industrial construction.
• Proven skills in crew leadership, scheduling, and vendor oversight.
• Comfortable with 80% travel (Eastern U.S., e.g., TN, KY, Northeast).
• Industrial/Material Handling systems or infrastructure experience a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
