Remote Project Manager

Based in Hawaii | Travel Required Across the Indo-Pacific Region

A respected and rapidly growing project delivery firm is seeking a Project Manager to join its dynamic team. This role is based in Hawaii and supports a range of complex infrastructure and federal projects across the Indo-Pacific region. The company is known for its strategic work in planning, engineering, and construction oversight across mission-critical and remote environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate projects from planning through closeout across Hawaii and Indo-Pacific locations
• Manage project teams, timelines, budgets, and deliverables with precision
• Conduct site visits and interface with clients, contractors, and government agencies
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Deliver regular project updates, performance metrics, and risk assessments
• Contribute to proposal development and support business development efforts when needed

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Proven experience in project management (infrastructure, construction, or federal/military projects preferred)
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience with remote or multi-site project execution
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.)
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the Indo-Pacific region
• U.S. citizenship may be required for specific project contracts
