We are seeking a Traveling Project Engineer to support planning, coordination, and execution of industrial mechanical construction projects across multiple states.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in industrial mechanical construction, engineering, or project support preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently across multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with daily project planning and execution.
• Assist with project schedules, cost tracking, budgets, and reporting.
• Maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, contracts, change orders, and drawings.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, engineers, clients, and field teams.
• Track material procurement, deliveries, and project resources.
• Monitor project progress and help identify and resolve issues.
• Support quality control, safety, and project compliance.
• Participate in project meetings, site walks, and coordination activities.
• Assist with project closeout and lessons-learned reviews.
