Job summary

gpac is seeking an Infrastructure Project Engineer to support commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will collaborate with the Project Manager, Superintendent, and trade partners to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and meeting quality standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
1–2 years of commercial construction experience (Project Engineer or similar role).
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

Support the Project Manager and Superintendent with daily project coordination and documentation.
Review drawings, specifications, submittals, and shop drawings for compliance.
Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and material deliveries.
Assist with schedule updates, progress reporting, and meeting minutes.
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to resolve field issues.
Support cost control by reviewing invoices and budget updates.
Help maintain safety, quality, and efficiency on-site.
Participate in owner, architect, and stakeholder meetings as a Commercial Construction Project Engineer.
