Qualifications

  • 5+ years of mechanical construction project management experience.
  • Background in commercial HVAC, piping, plumbing, or mechanical systems.
  • Strong scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration knowledge.
  • Willingness to travel and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial mechanical construction projects from kickoff through completion.
  • Oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field operations.
  • Coordinate with owners, engineers, architects, and field personnel.
  • Lead project meetings and ensure clear stakeholder communication.
  • Monitor costs, change orders, and profitability.
  • Ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence.
  • Travel to project sites nationwide.
